“We would recommend a new cleaning crew that does the refreshing of the property when a next guest comes in town ! But the owners have very kid friendly sleep options that me and my wife used the whole time kitchen appliances and utensils were great ! Space was a bit smaller than in pictures but nothing to complain about ! Also we had no problem staying in Oakland station but for those who don’t know do your research ! I think the owners did a good job renovation the home ! Wish it had more……

“Overall is this a cute house in a convenient location! While the proximity to the highway is great for going to attractions-there is a decent amount of traffic noise at the house. The biggest thing to note-as seen in other reviews is that this is not a true 3BR. Two of the rooms are connected by a sliding barn door. “We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. “Everything about our stay was fantastic!! If you are thinking about booking this property, do it! The entire place was clean and really did feel like home for the short time my brothers and I were in Atlanta. The area feels very safe and I can’t say enough about how well we were treated by Shannon and her husband. You won’t regret booking with them. “The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. ”

“Our family of 4 stayed here for Easter weekend and it was such a pleasure. The entire experience was amazing from booking to checkout. The house is exactly as described, and pictured. It was in impeccable condition and super clean. It only has on street parking but that was never an issue as there was always space in front of the house. Kitchen dishes, glassware and utensils for 10 and appropriate cookware for being able to cook a meal. I highly recommend this house!”

“Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel.
