“Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room. ”

“Overall is this a cute house in a convenient location! While the proximity to the highway is great for going to attractions-there is a decent amount of traffic noise at the house. The biggest thing to note-as seen in other reviews is that this is not a true 3BR. Two of the rooms are connected by a sliding barn door. The house is decorated in a vintage/antique style-thus some of the beds are squeaky and not the most comfy! We were traveling with kids and enjoyed that there was a park walkable……

“Perfect location ”

“We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. Quiet Neighborhood, Very clean inside, Nice and Modern. Only issue we had was short on linens but for 3 nights that was fine as well and not a big deal. We also had an issue getting into the property but after calling the property manager, She was able to get us right in with no problem. Thank you for the……

“The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. ”

“We need a close location to a wedding venue for my daughters wedding with 5 bedrooms and space for bridesmaids to get makeup and hair the day of the wedding and this was perfect. Had an issue with a couple of items that the host quickly resolved wedding”

“Walk to some good food an drinks”

“My family and I wanted to come to Atlanta to visit a couple days and I was able to find this beautiful home. The home was very nice and clean. Location was close to everything we wanted to do while in Atlanta.”

“Perfect for a visit to our son at Emory. Separate baths for each bedroom great—plenty of room, comfy beds, hope to stay again. ”

“8 of us played golf Monday-Friday. House had plenty of room, lots of places nearby for dining. ”

“This was a really nice home, and worked out well for us as we are avid boaters. There were 5 couples, and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the game room and outside areas.There are wonderful marinas and restaurants very close. ”

“Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”
