“Let's not kid ourselves: this is not a luxury hotel, it's a relatively cheap place to stay and I chose it specifically because it had a kitchen and I was in town working for a few days. Arrived to find no appliances or utilities at all in the kitchen but learned that you need to ask for them in reception. Staff was more than helpful with any requests. “Well, I was glad I didn't go by the reviews I saw before booking a room at InnTown Suite. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. ”

“I actually ended up checking out and going to another hotel. The staff was SO nice, but were having to deal with an issue that some of the guest rooms didn’t have hot water, so they were very busy. When I checked into my room, it wasn’t dirty exactly, but the walk outlets didn’t have covers, so I was a little suspicious. I started working at the little corner desk and was there about 15 minutes before I saw a cockroach running across the wall. The location is convenient, but the building……

“It was big, spacious, modern. Good value. There were issues with simple stuff though, that there really shouldn’t have been. There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this……
