“Let's not kid ourselves: this is not a luxury hotel, it's a relatively cheap place to stay and I chose it specifically because it had a kitchen and I was in town working for a few days. Arrived to find no appliances or utilities at all in the kitchen but learned that you need to ask for them in reception. Staff was more than helpful with any requests. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that.
