They offer fresh baked cookies in the afternoon and ice cream in the evening in the lobby. There are places to sit outside by the river with a fire pit and games. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back. ”

“Great property. They try hard to sell you a timeshare. I did the tour in exchange for discounted aquarium tickets and free valet parking. I was there for almost 3 hours. Looking back I probably wouldn’t have done that. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath room. It was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We went for a concert, short walk to State Farm Arena, lots of police presence, which was comforting. Great view of Centennial Olympic Park. Short walk to attractions. ……

“If you are looking for a place that is big enough for your group to stay together and still have space to get away from them ... this place is perfect. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and there was plenty of space for the kids to play and not get in the way. Ample dining space and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Us older folks appreciated the elevator too. Hot tub and pool were a big hit and we even went fishing. Host is fabulous and answered all of our questions promptly. ……

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
