“The property was beautiful and the room was perfect. Comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower.”

“This was a beautiful property on a mountain side. The drive way is fairly steep. They had fresh homemade cookies and thoughts of beverages. The room had its own fridge and microwave. There were thoughtful areas set up with books and places to read. The breakfast was large and very flavorful. We had a fruit & yogurt parfait followed by yeast pancakes, bacon and a homemade orange/cranberry muffin. There was also juice, tea and coffee. There were nice places to sit outside to watch nature. The WiFi……

“Had family visiting from Texas who had never fly fished. The location of Riverlands Retreat is perfect for anglers. Catch and release only at the cabin where we caught multiple trout everyday using artificial nymphs or streamers. If you want to keep trout that you catch, the cabin is just 15 minutes from multiple sites (Rock Creek, Deep Hole, Cooper Creek, Sandy Bottom) stocked by the Dept of Natural Resources. “We were a group of 12 adults and we had lots of room in the house. It had all of the amenities we needed and more. The views of lookout mountain and pigeon mountain were lovely. We spent much of our visit doing things in nearby Chattanooga but did love the waterfalls near the house that Jon suggested. He was fabulous. Welcomed us to the house and showed us around. And also his tips for places to eat and off the beaten path spots like that local waterfall. We didn’t even get a chance to use……
