“Stayed in a dog-friendly chalet for a weekend with husband and 2 small dogs. We visited Callaway Gardens, which is just a couple of miles away. Downtown Pine Mountain is also just a few minutes away with good local restaurants and a small grocery store. The chalet had a fireplace and the front office sells firewood, but only takes cash for the firewood. The chalet was roomy, but dated. Could have been cleaned better. Saw several cobwebs. Bedding appeared clean. Plenty of towels. Toiletries……

“I brought my kids up for a forecasted snow weekend, & it was just what we wanted! We had plenty of snow, we enjoyed the hot tub and deep tub in the main bathroom, the WiFi was exceptional, and the beds were very comfortable. Just a note for those braving the winter weather - we did get snowed in, but only because the municipality didn't plow these specific roads. So just FYI to anyone who might wish to do the same. However, the owner was very communicative and helpful. Overall, I loved staying……

“Location is great if wanting to visit Helen or other nearby attractions and still want privacy. You're on the north side of Helen, so you can avoid the foot traffic for the most part. And if you want to run to Ingles for a grocery trip, you can avoid Helen all together and go around. The property manager was responsive, addressed my few concerns and was very friendly.
