“This home was wonderful! Kitchen was well stocked! Very clean and comfortable. The Layout is so unique and beautifully catered to the property. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub while we were there. It has a great outdoor shaded seating area for anyone that doesn’t want to be in the sun, but can still interact with the guests in the pool area. In our case we got to sit out and watch the rain one day as well!There are a lot of stairs in this home so it might not be ideal for small……

“22 members of our family spent the Thanksgiving weekend at Timber Estate and it was almost as if this house was built for us. There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bunkrooms, each with its own private bath; perfect when we each needed a break from our crowd. “The property was very clean and accommodated our families. We were in town for a soccer showcase tournament and really were there to put our heads to bed. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Location-wise, this was perfect and only 20 minutes to the fields we were playing on. Whoever rented previously left dishes in the washer and never ran it, so they were disgusting, but not a reflection of the owner. Sometimes people just forget to press wash. The railing on the back deck is quite loose……
