“Perfect home for a group of 7. Plenty of room, and there is even an extra room/office area if needed. Listing is accurate, home was clean, beds comfortable and the host was very nice and the communication was fast. Host was also upfront with minor cosmetic issues, but they absolutely did not take away from our stay. Other reviews mention the location not being the best, however we did not see an issue with it. “This property met all of my family's needs, ages ranged from 4-mid 40s. It was clean, very large and even had extra amenities that my kids thoroughly enjoyed like toys, books and some snack foods. Check-in/Check-out process was very easy. Beds are very high which we are not used to but stools were provided at each bedside. Some minor safety issues we noticed, like an extension cord hung over the primary bathroom door as there was no outlet for the bedside lamp. Neighborhood is a bit more run……

“Guys trip to see Dodgers/Braves. The townhouse was perfect for us. Great place in a great location. Only negative was the AC didnt see to be working very well but it was chilly that night so no big deal. Host was very communicative and flexible for what we needed. Thanks!”

“Place is very clean/roomy. Perfect for family/friends. Would recommend 100%. ”

“Everything was very clean with all the little extras in terms of toiletries, snacks and small appliances. They thought of everything you would want in your own home! Beds were very comfortable, TVs in all rooms and an additional roll-away bed if 3 bedrooms weren’t enough! My family and I stayed for a KSU graduation and we all liked how close it was to campus and the very quiet neighborhood! Highly recommend this home for your stay!”

“My husband and I brought our three kids and my elderly parents for the week to house-hunt for our upcoming move. The home was clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy. The yard was a blast to sit at the fire pit while the kids played. Highly recommend this place. ”

“We felt that the property was sufficient for what we needed - an accessible bathroom, three comfortable bedrooms, parking, and a house all on one floor. We really enjoyed the hot tub after each day of touring. There are some repairs needed in the kitchen for safety (a missing cabinet door and the fascia on the oven has come off). It seems that the floor of the house was applied directly to the previous floor without repairing the sub-floor, so there are some spots on the floor that are warped……

The decor was nice and it was equipped with all the small things you would need.Once we arrived I started noticing small things that needs to be updated. The house is located in cul-de-sac which was nice,but the neighborhood going to it looked a little sketchy. ”

“Location is the best if you want to be in the Buckhead area. Close to local churches, great restaurants and convenient grocery. Very quiet property with a cute patio. Grandson loved the chickens! So nice to stay in a well equipped home with family instead of several hotel rooms.”

“This house is so nicely decorated. It is located on a very quiet road. Felt safe and right at home. It is located near anything you could ever want. House was clean, fresh and equipped with everything. Beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed. Nice towels and blankets. Hailey was very responsive. We will stay here again next time we are in Atlanta visiting family. ”
