“Host was very nice. Everything you will need is in this rental, sectioned off from the main house you have your own private/mini 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, sitting area, bathroom and room as seen in the pictures. I stayed 7 nights and it was very quiet and peaceful. Great location and neighborhood. I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing only because breakfast was not included and I’m not sure about the other reviews regarding a washer and dryer, but there was none in the space that I……

“Property was great and had enough room for family. It was a close drive to six flags, aquarium, and Braves game. Publix and Walmart are within minutey. Only downside was the property smelled like cigarettes, which I am not a fan of smelling. ”

“We were so fortunate to find this property during recent renovations on our house. It is very conveniently located and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There are fast food and grocery options nearby, as well as good access to the Marietta Square with a great selection of restaurants and entertainment. The house is quite charming, and the fenced in, large yard is a huge bonus! We would definitely choose this property again for a stay close to home! ”
