“The pictures don’t do this property any justice. Very spacious and set up perfectly to entertain. The house was very clean, and the amenities were endless. It’s situated in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, learned from the neighbors that the sheriff (retired now) of Cobb county lives directly across the street. It stormed bad one of the days we were there and it ended up breaking the patio table. The hosts were very understanding, and were just happy that we were okay. Would definitely……

“Pros- good size and good location.Cons- not enough towels (knew in advance the number of people staying.Broken dishwasher- no note on it. Found out by opening to a very foul smell with standing water. Found a note later in the guest book that it isn’t working by chance. Outdoor garbage cans were overflowing and on the street. Reached out to owner with what to do with our garbage and no response.Mower came without warning and was parked where we needed to park.Cockroach in the silverware……

“Please read: we only stayed one night due to lack of a/c. However, owner was easy to communicate with and very understanding. She handled the situation very professionally and we appreciated that.”

“The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is very nice. However we were supposed to have two parking spots, but we had only one. The smoke detector had old batteries, we had to listen to that annoying beep the entire time. Also the lights in the bathrooms keep turning off, so don’t attempt to take a shower in the night because you will be in the darkness in the middle of your shower. ”

“The positives were that everyone loved that there was something to do for everyone, pool, cardroom, televisions,plenty of room to move around inside and outside, the beds were super comfortabl. The negative ( things that we were able to get around) stairs on main floor were a little loose, basement bathroom towelrack near pool room kept falling off; the top rack of dishwasher loose; one door interior door had large paint spout; main floor kitchen living room couch had stain on back, one of the……

“We had a great family getaway. My entire family enjoyed ourselves, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and all the supplies we needed. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it. We had plans to explore Atlanta, but just ended up staying at the property playing games. ”
