The property manager was quick to respond when we’d text or call. We appreciate the 11AM checkout. One suggestion would be to put the checkout instructions in a visible location. “This property was close to the conference center and inside pictures described property well. The neighbors were friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Mostly quiet neighborhood, except for the main road at times. The outside needed to be manicured, lawn was in need of cutting and weeds pulled, sticks needed picked up in lawn (which I did and put in a pile) and trash was also found in yard area. The porch in the back yard was covered in leaves and yard debri, but easily remedied with a little……

“This home was a great stay for my besties and I for a weekend vacation to Atlanta. It was a very comfortable home in a tucked away suburb that felt safe. It was close enough to downtown without being in the middle of the city. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.
