“Contacted host 4 days prior to travel to discuss possibility of refund but host never replied. Txt him everyday until travel with NO reply. Contacted VRBO who were unhelpful. The day of our check-in, host finally replies and tells me he cancelled our reservation but reservation still active on App. This was a nightmare! Vrbo did nothing and host unwilling to offer any refund or credit even after telling me he had already re-rented unit to someone else. Losing my faith in Vrbo. (Never saw this……

“My kids and I really enjoyed our stay at this property and will most definitely stay here again. The property manager was very attentive when I had questions and a pleasure to deal with. The surrounding neighborhood is old but renovation is happening and everyone we met was super nice and helpful including residents of other units at the property. I would highly recommend this property 100%!!”

The host was easy to contact and quick to respond, and they made gaining access easy with a personalized code that was familiar to you. Checkout requirements were minimal, and the bathroom was well stocked. We would stay again. ”
