“Great flat with a lot of charm! Decent size and well equipped with a cooktop and microwave, it was perfect for a month-long work trip. About 10 minutes walk from East Point MARTA station with no problems getting there. Both the apartment and surrounding neighborhood have a lot of nice character, though the flat is on the second floor up an external staircase. “The apt itself was pretty good, property left a little to be desired tho. We heard gunshots outside our first night, but no one bothered us the entire time we were there. We saw 1 neighbor ONE time and that was it. Also I think the lock on the front door needs to be fixed or something bc we had trouble getting it to stay locked when we left the apt. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this space! The owner was very communicative and gave us privacy on the property. We did not see or hear anyone the entire time we were there. The space is decorated very nicely and is very clean. The location is great as well. 10/10 would recommend! ”
