Only thing I didn't like was the front desk clerk called me about 10 minutes ago before I got there and said that I needed to hurry because I booked his last room and people were trying to book it. Expedia still has a bunch of rooms listed. They also switched me from a smoking room to a non smoking room. ”

“I didn't get to stay here I came for my Dad's funeral all the way from Florida they took my money when I got there the person at the desk told me that I didn't have a reservation that. I then asked for a refund and was told I needed to contact hotel.com for refund. This was very devastating I had no place to stay for the night just to rest from the drive. I'm recovering from a stroke and they took my funds without a room and say I couldn't get a refund ”

“The bath fan did not work. The heater turned off in the middle of the night almost every night. The refrigerator had a missing freezer door that nade it frost up so nothing will fit in it. The remodel was done by people who are not professional so the quality of tile and other things are shoddy. No common room. No breakfast. Nor returns so I paid for an extra night that I did not stay because I checked out a day early and they would not refund the day I paid extra for. Otherwise, clean. No bugs.……

“They had every bug you could think of roaches bed bugs nets and w.e else they don’t change your sheets don’t give you clean towels you have to keep the same ones they made me leave without giving me another room then said I brought the bugs when I slept just fine at another room before I came there. After they told me I had to leave they didn’t want to give me a refund and told me that they were charging me for the full two weeks when I left on a Monday and would’ve been gone before then but the……

“I had my laptop plugged into one of there lamp and it started to make a sparking noice and then my computer went black and will not turn back on and they told me there nothing they can do about it. ”
