“The stay was suspect from the start. There was no communication with the host at all until after I had already gotten access to the property by another individual staying at a property adjacent. I was a little skeptical, but the family staying in the large lake house stated that they were able to reach the host and could let me in. I did not have a back up option & with no way to contact the host directly, I really had not choice but to trust it and stay.There was no communication with the host……

VRBO tried reaching host 2 within a 5 hour period and no response. Check in came and went, no response from host until 2 hours after check-in where host canceled reservation claiming an issue with my age, which I am well above 18 years old. Poor business practices and horrendous communication. ”

“This place is amazing, it has such a peaceful feeling. The kitchen is great and well stocked. Super cozy king size bed with a view of the trees, feels like you are in a tree house. You can walk everywhere or take the golf cart to dinner. All the restaurants in Serenbe are great! Everyone in the community is super friendly and helpful.
