“The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The valet parking had varied experiences. They were helpful because we had a carrier on top of our vehicle and they made sure to park it where we felt safer. However, it was disappointing that we would reach out to them as they asked and after 20 minutes we got a text saying that they were busy to contact them in 10 minutes. It only worked when we came down and asked for our car. ”

“The property was good, I had a couple issues I went down to the restaurant to order. There was no one there to greet me. I stood at the hostess desk for five minutes or so before someone arrive and they asked that I sit at the bar under decided to do a to go order. It took over 30 minutes to get my order and I had to ask a waitress to check on the status of it because I didn’t have any updates and no one was around. . “We stayed for a family weekend . I loved the building and staff very nice . Only problems was that TV in 426 and the microwave did not work . The microwave wouldn’t work at all and never did. The TV would only play One channel for live tv . I reported both issues to front desk and they said they would follow up .
