“Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room. ”

“Overall is this a cute house in a convenient location! While the proximity to the highway is great for going to attractions-there is a decent amount of traffic noise at the house. The biggest thing to note-as seen in other reviews is that this is not a true 3BR. Two of the rooms are connected by a sliding barn door. The house is decorated in a vintage/antique style-thus some of the beds are squeaky and not the most comfy! We were traveling with kids and enjoyed that there was a park walkable……

“We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. Quiet Neighborhood, Very clean inside, Nice and Modern. Only issue we had was short on linens but for 3 nights that was fine as well and not a big deal. “The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. ”
