“Make sure your phone plan works in Canada, or you will not have access to the check in code for your room. Also, do NOT arrive early since the room code isn't sent to you until just before check-in time. I arrived 45 minutes early and chose to spend an extra $15 for early check in so I wouldn't have to wait around (with my special needs son), but the approval for early check in didn't arrive until check in time anyway. I am hoping the $15 charge will be cancelled. If it is, I'd like to give more……

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Our loft was absolutely wonderful. It was obviously renovated with quality in a modern way while still preserving the old style (brick and stone walls). Exceptionally clean. The only thing I would suggest is to put hooks for clothes in the bedrooms (there was no place to put any clothes). Communication with the company was excellent - they responded immediately to any email or phone call. The location is great - just next to several restaurants and la basse ville. I would highly recommend this……

“i loved staying here, the apartment was sooo nice and very aesthetic vibes. everything was clean. the view was also good. there’s a grocery store near the property and they basically provide everything you need to cook. the only thing is that it was scary some mornings because there were some homeless people chilling at the front of main door when we would go out for breakfast. but they don’t really bother people at all. based on the price, i recommend this place. also, most of the tourist spots……

“Endroit intéressant à découvrir avec plein de commodités. Grande chambre. Lit un peu moins confortable et qui craque. Problème majeur avec la communication de l’hôtel qui devait me faire suivre un texto avec le code pour accéder à notre chambre (à cause de notre arrivée tardive). Jamais reçu ce code, il a été envoyé à mon fils dont le no de telephone avait figuré au dossier, mais que j’avais pris soin de faire modifier en confirmant avec l’hôtel le jour même!!”
