“现代简约，设施不错，但灯光略暗，床有点硬，通风口对着头吹风，打开电表箱的开关才能关掉，前台服务态度一般。位置好，总体感觉还可以。”

“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”

“住宿環境非常棒，工作人員服務態度佳，位客人著想。對面就有2家大超市，房間內有簡易廚房，買些麵包、cheese, ham,avacado 做三明治。交通方便，近捷運站。而且也近聖約瑟大教堂，黃昏時去教堂附近走走，心情舒暢。”

“Super good hotel .Nice and clean”

“Very spacious loft unit literally in the heart of Old Port (Old Montreal) - the location and space are 5 stars. the Unit and building itself (Loft building) is a little dated and interior could use a freshen-up, but very acceptable all things considered. The hotel that is a street away is always available for room service and house keeping calls which is nice, and valet service was good as well (and highly recommend) ”

“First glance -very beautiful space. The property could provide amenities such as a broom, fitted sheets, windows that open, duvet cover, mop, instructions about where garbage bags are stored. Room door didn't latch well. Very quiet, comfortable space, minimalistic. Instructions for parking the first night should have included lot on ChampFleury, closer, safer, less expensive parking lot ”
