“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Our loft was absolutely wonderful. It was obviously renovated with quality in a modern way while still preserving the old style (brick and stone walls). Exceptionally clean. The only thing I would suggest is to put hooks for clothes in the bedrooms (there was no place to put any clothes). Communication with the company was excellent - they responded immediately to any email or phone call. The location is great - just next to several restaurants and la basse ville. I would highly recommend this……

“3 night stay. Very easy walk to old Quebec. Comfortable beds and very good location. Basement room a little musty smelling and wish there were a couple of more comfortable chairs in living room but overall a good place to stay”

“The property was just as described and is located in a quiet neighbourhood, about a 15-minutes walk from Old Quebec. The kitchen was equipped with a blender, rice cooker, and even an air fryer in addition to standard appliances. The beds were very comfortable! The apartment is on the second floor which might be a challenge for guests with reduced mobility. We could hear footsteps from the unit above, but that was a minor issue. Parking is on the street which is busy due to nice restaurants……

“Quiet area and not far from downtown. The property is clean and beautiful. The beds and blankets are comfortable and have choice of pillows too. The dinning chairs need upgrade. The property has no elevator and needs to walk up 2 floors. As we are all over 60, host was nice to help us to carry our luggage up. ”

“It's a decent property in a nice location. However, it felt like no one had done a deep clean in a while; nonetheless, the place was pretty tidy. The biggest issue for us was the parking garage. It is TINY and VERY hidden/narrow while getting in! Luckily, my car was small enough to fit (I have a VW Golf), but that isn't to say my spatial awareness wasn't tested (8-point turn just to get in!). “A clean, very functional little apartment in an area pretty far from downtown. But we were very glad to have a comfortable place to come “home” to. All the necessities were supplied. Comfortable beds. Good shower!”
