“Owner initially took days to answer us but closer to the stay date was extremely responsive and cooperative. The place is old but maintained well. However, we did not get the unit we rented. We were upgraded to the ground floor unit for logistics issues. The owner forgot to turn the heat back on and the air conditioning was still in the window with the plastic insultation on the sides completly riped off. We were able to put our hands outside... “We had a great time at this chalet. Everything we needed was available. The property was clean, check in and communication was smooth and there was lots of room for everybody in our group. The refrigerator filter needed replacing and the internet could have been a bit stronger, but these were minor issues. We had lots of fun here, the football and pool table were a hit and access to all of the resort amenities was seamless. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to……

“PERFECT location for our vacation in Old Quebec as unit was almost next door to Chateau Frontenac! We were able to walk everywhere during our stay- parked our vehicles in the parkade Thierry recommended and didn't take them out again until we were leaving. Instructions and video for access, location, parking, etc. were very clearly stated and easy to follow.
