“Nice little tree house in the backyard of a residence. The backyard is a little messy with construction material and stuff. Bed is a loft that requires climbing a ladder to get in and out of bed (agility). Worked well for my wife and I as were gone most of the day and returned just to sleep. Decent little kitchen but no coffee maker. Overall, happy with it. ”

“Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. “The house is as pictured. Very spacious! There were 5 of us and everyone in the group loved the cute setup. Loft has 2 Queen beds and there are 2 separate rooms downstairs with 1 queen bed and 1 king. Location is easy access to get on the highway if needed. Neighborhood seemed pretty safe and quiet. Owners were easy to communicate with. We only had one issue and someone was contacted to fix it.”

“The property was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the location---it felt very unsafe. It was loud, and truly felt like I was in the 'Getto' so to speak. I do not feel like the listing ensures you know. I was a single woman traveling and I didn't feel safe. I barricaded the door with furniture at night.”

“Needs some care outside the front and back of house. We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there. On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and thrown outside of the house There were 2 dirty pans in oven These things were annoying . Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay.”

“I along with my family stayed in this property for 4 nights and I must stay that it was Awsome experience. The property was kept very clean and the owner was very accessable to help with any questions that I had. We really felt like home and wish we could have stayed for some more time. I will highly recommend anybody visiting Lake Lanier Area to experience this property”
