“Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a……

“This house has been the best I’ve seen in a while based on what I’ve payed for. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that I had anytime I needed them. The pictures don’t even show how good this house is, you just have to see it for yourself. This house would nicely fit a good 10 people if you really wanted to. It had extra house keys just in case you stayed at least a couple days and multiple people needed to get inside. Every single room you walk into, there is a nice scenery……

“Inside was clean and well stocked with all the daily necessities of living. We were comfortable and slept well. The water was HOT at all times in both bathrooms. The AC worked excellent and kept the house temperature comfortably cool. The host was quick to respond and allowed early check-in. The outside needs pressure washing and some minor repairs, but the inside made up for the outside. Highly recommend ”

“This place was supplied with everything that you need or wanted, with extra supplies. I was staying for my daughters wedding and I couldn’t have had any other place as comfortable and roomy to keep my stress level down. “Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation. ”

“We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The house was immaculate and the host answered all of my messages right away. The game table and arcade game didn’t work but we didn’t care as we had plenty to do otherwise. The stove is amazing if you like to cook. Bring your own laundry pods if you plan to wash clothes.Other reviewers said that they did not feel safe. It is a low/mixed income neighborhood. We were there to conduct public opinion surveys for 2 weeks and talked to over 300……

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
