“The property was horrible! From check in to check out. Dirty. Remotes with no batteries or backs. Missing floorboards. A lizard in our bathroom, which we trapped under a trashcan and asked them to have maintenance come remove it but it was NEVER removed. We wiped the ledge because it looked and we were wondering if it was part of the “rustic/exposed earth” look we thought they were going for, nope, just thick Layers of good ole undisturbed dirt and dust. If i didn’t already mention……

“Perfect home for a group of 7. Plenty of room, and there is even an extra room/office area if needed. Listing is accurate, home was clean, beds comfortable and the host was very nice and the communication was fast. Host was also upfront with minor cosmetic issues, but they absolutely did not take away from our stay. Other reviews mention the location not being the best, however we did not see an issue with it. The neighborhood was cute, and VERY quiet. Another review mentioned the train,……

“We had a total of 6 people that stayed, the rooms were perfect and plenty of room. Windows were great, the city sky line was beautiful at night. Balcony was perfect. The location was fantastic, easy to get to all attractions down town, felt remarkably safe, enclosed parking garage was perfect. Will definitely stay again. ”

“This property is great for a quick stay for a single or a couple. The staff at the building are very helpful and friendly. The downtown location is great.”

“We felt that the property was sufficient for what we needed - an accessible bathroom, three comfortable bedrooms, parking, and a house all on one floor. We really enjoyed the hot tub after each day of touring. There are some repairs needed in the kitchen for safety (a missing cabinet door and the fascia on the oven has come off). It seems that the floor of the house was applied directly to the previous floor without repairing the sub-floor, so there are some spots on the floor that are warped……
