We are only 10 minutes from Hartsfield Airport in 18 minutes from downtown Atlanta. We offer free parking and enough toiletries to start you off. Our southern charm is truly at home away from home.

Fabulous Option

If you're staying in Atlanta with a large group, this is a WONDERFUL choice. We had 8 adults sharing 7 rooms as we attended a conference for educators downtown. The house is immaculate and spacious with all of the amenities and travel to and from our location was not an issue. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home, Dom. We're so appreciative of your hospitality.

A Spacious, Welcoming Home

This house is huge, with so many rooms and types of beds that everyone in our large group had just what they wanted - and the half-bathroom on the main floor eliminated conflicts we'd had at other houses. The introverts found plenty of quiet rooms, while the larger common spaces and open kitchen were perfect for hanging out and cooking together. The hosts were welcoming and responsive to every question. We will be back with more groups to Atlanta!

Clean and Spacious

This home was very spacious and clean. It’s the perfect house for a bachelorette weekend. It was big enough for 11 girls to relax, unplug from life and enjoy themselves. We were within miles of some fantastic food and activities. The property allowed us to wine down on the back patio to relax and catch up with the ladies. I would recommend others to use this party.

This Place and the space it offers was perfect!!

The house was a lot better in person than on the pictures… It’s updated and modern. No old smelly furniture. The hosts were great and easily accessible. I’d definitely choose this property over and over again.

The home served our purpose for the weekend.

There are some problems with the home. Dishwasher only has bottom rack and is not secured in cabinet. Kitchen cabinets are full of junk and there are no baking pans. Linens and towels are cheap. The listing also said there was a fire pit in the backyard but there is not one. We did use the large deck but the seating is not good and there isn’t enough for a large group. The home does sleep a large group but there is not even one king bed in the home. My group had a good time because we were all together but I would not rent again. The neighborhood is quiet but was not a good area.

Gathering with friends

The owner was incredibly accessible and very easy to interact with. His focus was our enjoyment of the property and our vacation time, and he is extremely friendly. Nicely decorated, the house was a good location for the activities we were involved in. There are a significant number of beds such that a large group can stay here. Different than the listing and a bonus – the first floor has two queen beds versus one, and the third floor has now four beds. The overall floor plan is good for a large family, but may be awkward for independent guests. For example, access to the third-floor bathroom is only available once you enter the bedroom- limiting who can use the effectively use it. Also, the barn door on the first-floor bedroom is not wide enough to provide privacy and noise protection. Spacious outdoor space- however, care should be taken while using the deck as the varying levels pose a tripping hazard.

Family Vacation

This was a nice vacation home. Spacious enough for everyone to be together for family time and cozy enough to have alone time space. The overall floor plan was awesome. The outdoor space was very nice also. What we liked most was being able to be in a space that we did not have to worry about how much noise the children made. The young people enjoyed being able to be together in there own space in the house. Everyone agreed that we would rent this home again. Pros: Floor plan, sizes of the bedrooms, location to downtown, quiet neighborhood Cons: Quality of bedding, linen & towels

Huge space, super cute and comfy

My cousins and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay during our quick weekend reunion. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time due to the short trip. The property allowed us all to spread out (we utilized all three stories) and it was PERFECT! The deck added a special touch. There’s a spacious kitchen and living area. The drive into the city wasn’t bad at all…maybe 20 mins max. But we found ourselves utilizing restaurants and shops nearby during most of our stay. We already plan to stay here again as we usually get together once a summer! Thanks again Dominic for everything!

Very nice house

The property had a ton of room. Lots of bedrooms especially, which was the main thing we were looking for. We were there for a family wedding so were pretty busy!

Host was extremely nice. The 3 floor room was my favorite I call it the penthouse. Home is full of everything you need for your stay including seasonings (BOL). Definitely a jewel to vacay.

Quick getaway for the GA Renaissance Festival

We were taking a group of our friends and our kids to their first visit to the GA Renaissance Festival. We didn't want to be separated in a hotel so we decided to look for a house where we could all be together and have a good visit. This house served that goal perfectly. It had plenty of room for all of us and our kids, had everything necessary for us to cook and enjoy each other's company, as well as plenty of room for the kids to play. The hosts were very responsive to messages and accommodating to our arrival time. The house had everything we needed, thank you to the Owens' hospitality.

I highly recommend this property! The pictures are a very good visual for the house. The neighborhood was nice. The house was so clean and spacious. 12 adults stayed there comfortably. Communication between the property owner was excellent!
