“We stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. My husband and myself brought our daughter who turned 16 while we were there, and 10 of her 16 year old girlfriends. We were there from July 8th, 2025 through July 11th, 2025. The property had more than enough room for all of our sleeping arrangements. Everything we needed was already there for us to use: towels, Washcloths, paper plates, plastic cutlery, toilet paper, paper towels, etc...Jeff, the owner is amazing at……

“Check in was a breeze since the instructions given were very thorough and detailed. Cabin was clean, neat and stocked with amenities as advertised. Lakefront was beautiful with lots of water sports equipment available to use. Driveway and walkway to the lake front is a little steep which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. Host was promptly responsive to any questions we had. ”

“House was clean with well-stocked kitchen, plus hairdryer and clothing steamer, which was appreciated. Lots of extra towels and blankets, plus books and games and visitor guides for the area. So thoughtful! Short walk to the public beach was convenient, too. Highly recommend! Perfect location, only 10-15 min drive from downtown. Posted photos are very accurate. ”

The property description is very accurate when it came to accessing the water so be sure to read it carefully to make sure it is for you. I found lots of fossils along the shore which was an added bonus!!”

“This is a great little cabin!! Beautiful environment, nice deck by the water, plenty of places to sleep despite the small size of the cabin. It literally had everything we could have hoped for. Only issue we had was that there was no ladder to the top bunk of the bunk bed and well water smelled really bad like sulfur. We will definitely come back again.”
