The house features a gorgeous fully-stocked kitchen with top of the the line GE Monogram built-in appliances; quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths; light oak hardwood flooring throughout the second and third floors; custom millwork and a large kitchen table that can seat your entire group. Furnishing from high end retailers like Serena and Lily and Pottery Barn. The family room and bedrooms will have top-of-the-line flat screen 4k TVs. There is also an elevator that stops at all levels of the home. There is a dual-zone central A/C system.
The outside spaces at the home are extraordinary and truly set this home apart from anything else on the island. The centerpiece is a 12x18’ gunite heated pool with tanning ledge and custom seating benches. The pool patio will feature chaise loungers, a dining table, and a grill. There is also a fully enclosed cedar outdoor shower with tile floor. There are spacious, full-length front porches off the second and third floor as well.
