“Excellent location; parked the car and never moved it. The room could benefit from room darkening blinds, especially during the Christmas season with the giant glowing snowflake just outside the windows. The stairs were a challenge for two seniors, but for younger people will probably not pose a problem. Otherwise the room was exactly as shown in the photos and was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We found it very comfortable.”

“I needed 1 night in this general location with more than 1 bedroom. I planned to spent little time in the property beyond sleeping. This property met my needs and was as advertised (acceptable housing with a low-end cost). Walking distance to restaurants and Wi-Fi provided. I was worried about potential theft/damage to my vehicle as it was parked openly overnight, but it was fine. Property was clean and neat. For the price, I accept a few minor imperfections. “My family and 2 small dogs arrived to clean house. Since it was winter we had to turn the heat up. Had we given our arrival time the thermostat may have been turned up for us. It got very cold overnight but the house stayed warm. There was an issue with the water because of the cold. But Steven worked to get it fixed. We stayed in contact until it was resolved. I would happily rent from her m again. ”

“The house is decorated wonderfully and the kitchen is well stocked (spices, paper plates, cookware, etc). The beds are really comfortable. We loved the outdoor fire pit as well as the indoor fireplace. It's a nice retreat for staying in Ohio with parks nearby. Owner is very responsive. Loved looking out the large windows at the autumn colors. There's a good air filtration system. The living room chairs/couch were soooo comfy to relax at night and watch the big TV.
