I messaged Kathy, she was quick to respond and accommodated our date change with no hassle... and even had time to make us fresh (delicious!) cookies with less than 4 hour notice. She met us at check in, gave us the tour and was always available.The property is better than the pictures... quiet and secluded, and we caught fish for about 6 straight hours! The pond is……

“This property is right on the lake as shown in the pics. Great view of the lake and access to the dock. At the end of the long dock there are 2 chairs over the water. We didn't swim but played corn hole outside and foosball in the basement (I would not call it a play room). The house has everything you need to cook or chill. Plenty of seating in the great room. Beds were comfy. 2 bedrooms upstairs share an en suite jack & jill bathroom. One of those rooms faces the road, very close to the house……

The home was just as described. We enjoyed the location, the accommodations and all the little extras like the fire pit. We will absolutely rent from Lauren in the future. It’s a great location for a family, especially with a few young children. Don’t hesitate to rent from Lauren, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Perfect getaway - we were in town for a wedding with family - the house was the perfect location in lovely neighborhood- loved sitting on the front porch. House was close to Main Street and shopping. Had everything we needed. Place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. ”

“We had an amazing stay at The Haven. Booking and communication with the owner was quick and easy. Check in was a breeze. We got a chance to meet the owners who were the absolute nicest couple. Any questions we had were answered so fast. The location of the property is amazing. You are walking distance to restaurant/bars one way and the lake the other way. The house is so beautifully decorated and the welcome basket is such a wonderful treat! I would 100% book this property again and again……

“This was our second visit to this property. We jusy love the location and it fits our families needs! It is in a cute little neighborhood, easy to walk and ride bikes with our children with beuatfil lake views. It's a quick trip to Jamestown State Park for hiking and the beach/playground. We had a great stay during labor day weekend. ”
