“Everything was PERFECT!!! Every single need, and more, was met at this rental. It was clean, inviting, homey and made our stay in Erie incredible! Great place! Great hosts!!! ”

We were gone from early morniings till late evening we eat out but had a good kitchen if we choose to we would stay again ”

“This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in in Pennsylvania. We completely missed for the first couple of days that there’s an entire room downstairs dedicated to an on-site play center. It’s very quiet in the views are incredible of the lake. We brought our dogs And they enjoyed not being around anybody else.”

“My girls and I loved our stay!! Everything was meticulous and well thought out! I wish we could have stayed longer and/or had more time to enjoy the house - we had a pretty packed schedule when we were in town. I hope to be back and enjoy the relaxing scenery in the future and not be "on the go"! Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were given the option to arrive early, however our schedule did not allow for that - the gesture was nice and appreciated, though! ”

“Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for family of 6. Great outdoor area with big deck and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and everyone had their own space. Both beach and bike trail are a short drive away. Very relaxing vacation!”

“Great place to stay! We came to visit family and always struggled to find a pet friendly hotel. This place fit everything we needed, the area in the back for the dogs was great. Close to the river. There is no cell service down there though, but the wifi worked well enough! Couple spiders came into the bathroom so be prepared for that that. Check in instructions were clear, and easy. Will probably stay here again next time we visit!”

“The house was great for our large family (8 adults and 1 infant). We were in town for a wedding. Plenty of space at a great price - so much nicer than staying at a hotel. It rained a lot every day so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces nor walk through the quiet neighborhood. The property was exactly as described on the VRBO page. Thanks for wonderful stay. ”

“What an idyllic place! Guests who wake with the roosters can admire cattle grazing peacefully in the mist in the hills behind the house. Friendly horses amble to the fence to greet you. Our dog was fascinated by the farm animals and loved walking the grounds.Upon arrival, we found a handwritten note from the hosts, who could not have been friendlier or more hospitable.The farmhouse is large, comfortable and extremely well-stocked. We were delighted to find fresh eggs in the refrigerator and……
