Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Cute little kitchen. Loved having a washer and dryer to keep up with dirty clothes. “We had a great stay at the is house with plenty of room for a big family dinner. We appreciated the host's flexibility and extra touches around the property. ”

“Property was 1 hour from Punxsutawney. LOTS of space and rooms for the 10 people we had during our stay. The only complaint we had was the driveway was extremely icy during our stay. One of the cars slid down the driveway a few feet. Otherwise, beautiful cabin. All of the amenities needed. Lots of space. Private and quiet. Not too far from Foxburg restaurants and winery. Perfect! Everyone kept saying this cabin is perfect and that we need to come back. ”

“This place is very quiet, and out there. If you need city amenities like delivery or high speed internet, this is not the place for you. However, if want a wonderful escape from all the fast paced city-life, this place is amazing. I will totally bring my family back with me next time. The property folks were great to deal with and this farm home has a wonderful history.”

“This home is so comfortable with plenty of space for the whole family to cook, eat, play, relax. Dane is very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of even helping make sure we had plenty of dry firewood to keep a nice fire going during our super cold weather stay. Will definitely stay here again.”

“This property allowed our large family group to all stay together with a wide variety or bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was clean and charming in a perfect location. It allowed us a short walk to a variety of restaurants each night. It was perfect for our group. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. This is the place to stay in Franklin...do not miss out.”

“Property is was what we needed. Clean/tidy. Close to Walmart. Easy walk ( yes we are European- we walk). Listing stated hot tub and bbq but not present. Host needs to up comms. Nothing when we booked/paid. Chased a few times for confirmation. Same a few days before trip when trying to get check in details. May be an idea to have welcome email setup and also a guest info book at the property.. ”
