“This property allowed our large family group to all stay together with a wide variety or bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was clean and charming in a perfect location. It allowed us a short walk to a variety of restaurants each night. It was perfect for our group. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. This is the place to stay in Franklin...do not miss out.”

“Property is was what we needed. Clean/tidy. Close to Walmart. Easy walk ( yes we are European- we walk). Listing stated hot tub and bbq but not present. Host needs to up comms. Nothing when we booked/paid. Chased a few times for confirmation. Same a few days before trip when trying to get check in details. May be an idea to have welcome email setup and also a guest info book at the property.. ”

“This is an old country home. Not horrible, not ideal, at least for us. I see they've added "rustic" to the description. That's a good word. Pros: Stargazing - pretty dark at night. Beautiful skies. Area - we felt safe. No worries about being there alone at night. Nice area. Wildlife refuge nearby with hiking trails. If you have kids, you should know the house sits close to the road, which has a 45 mph speed limit. Would need to keep an eye on them. Bathroom - Large enough to feel comfortable.……
