“We stayed here for 2 nights. The check-in person seemed overwhelmed. Evidently there were a lot of issues. We found out later some of them. One of our door cards did not work. The wifi was ridiculous, it was like the old dial up speed. We called a tech person after going to the main office, then it worked better for a short time.The TV channel guide they gave us did not match what was on our TV, and we could not even get the most basic channels. We had to watch a program on my phone, because I……

“说是下午四点钟会给我们发房间密码，可是四点半也没有发。我们四点前就已经到达酒店，没有人，找不到人，找不到房间，因为是个民居改造而成。其实位置不是很好找。无奈之下我打了酒店预留电话才发给我号码。是怕我们不去入住还是怎么回事？搞不清楚。房间内非常脏，地面、卫生间甚至咖啡机内（装水处）都是灰尘、毛发。一看就是很久没有打扫。说是会有两瓶瓶装水饮用，可是什么也没有，幸亏我们自己带有饮用水。”
