“We had a wonderful time in Boyne City. The house was lovely. The yard was lush with beautiful plants. Everything was comfortable and very clean. We have rented several vacation places in Boyne City and this would be in our top three. The homes owner was generous and we were able to extend our rental. It was a great place to vacation.”

“The property and house were clean and Carlos was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. It was close to grocery stores and only about 20 minutes from Petoskey. We also really enjoyed the time we spent at the house. The hot tub easily fit 6 adults, the kitchen was large with ample counter space, the large dining room table made meals easy to enjoy and was great for board games, and the pool table and arcade games gave us fun activities to do during our downtime.”

“I took my 3 adult daughters for the holiday weekend. The cabin/house was in a great location/easy access to Boyne City and all the little shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive to all of my questions. ”

“Very spacious with plenty of beds. The only negative points of note was a slight odor/mildew smell when first entering the house and 1 partial roll of toilet paper for 6 people over a couple night stay was not nearly enough.”

Just a couple of suggestions: please provide coasters for the table and wooden counter to prevent water marks. The master bedroom has no electrical outlet near one side of the bed so we had to go buy an extension cord in order to use a c-pap machine. The back bedroom needs a shade or window covering to prevent a lot of light from entering the room in the morning. The bathtub in the……
