“This was an awesome cottage in a neighborhood, just a few blocks from restaurants and shops. Recently remodeled with all top of the line appliances and extremely nice fit and finish on everything. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

“The location of this house was perfect. We could hear the outdoor band from the Boyne City Tap Room as soon as we stepped outside. Walked to a few different bars, and walked to breakfast each day. Only downside was the air conditioning unit in the bedroom broke before our last night, and it was unseasonably hot, so we had a hot night. Otherwise, this was the perfect space for a weekend getaway!”

“Overall we had a nice stay at this quaint little house. It was clean and comfortable for our three kids, and conveniently located for skiing and visiting neighboring towns. “House was situated a perfect distance from many major areas. Quiet street and lake. Note: appears that this lake is a “no wake” lake and public ramp is NOT made for real boats on trailers. That being said, it was perfect for paddle board or kayak. We had brought our own inflatable boards but house had one already waiting along with an inflatable kayak. Great atmosphere sitting on deck that provided good shade. Yard wasn’t mowed and was quite long but mowers came on last day. This house could……

“This property was a nice home to stay in. Lots of thoughtful details and great communication with host. A few small things - like the barn doors in front of the laundry machines - made us scratch our heads for a few minutes. Overall, though - this was a very nice place with lots of value and amenities right in the heart of Central Lake - close to the village grocery, distillary, farm stands, Torch Lake, Bellaire, and more. ”

“Very cute bungalow and very clean and updated with everything you need to stay comfortably! Loved the decor and everything about it. Only complaint is that its not as remote and secluded as the photos lead you to believe. It's on a street with other homes that you can see from the front and side windows, and no window treatments on the living room or kitchen windows.”

“The property was all that was described and more. It was the perfect setup for our big family with a well stocked kitchen and enough seats for everyone. The toy closet was a pleasant surprise for the small children on our group. The fenced in backyard provided a safe place for the kids to play. The location was perfect for the event we were in town for. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and homey place for us to stay. We would book here again if we are in the area! ”

“Very spacious with plenty of beds. The only negative points of note was a slight odor/mildew smell when first entering the house and 1 partial roll of toilet paper for 6 people over a couple night stay was not nearly enough.”
