Rooms are tidy and the bathroom is kept clean.
We stopped here to break up a trip and it was perfect. Had food, drinks and accommodation in the same spot. Check in was easy ”

首先:我是幫朋友訂房已付清全額已經打電話詢問過可否出示非本人證件了,此飯店電話是hotel.com的電話客服回覆我說「你已經付清了當然可以」,所以安心下定。
當天check in 卻說要我本人證件正本(不就還好我在附近)我們是從別的城鎮過來如果我沒到就無法入住了。 櫃檯態度也非常差!
過了一夜大家出去玩半夜要回飯店發現「房卡失效」完全無法開門!已經累的半死所有東西都在房裡卻進不去!此時打飯店電話完全沒人接(根本無人值班)只好睡車上(還好車鑰匙在身上),直到早上八班點半櫃檯有人了,卻只願意補償讓我們晚兩小時check out ! 這種掃興的事在旅途中真是非常糟。”

“Stayed four nights. The friendly staff made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Our apartment was clean and had all the things we needed.
We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know. Staff very honest thank you.
We would happily return.

“The hotel is quite close to a large shopping mall, where you can get everything you need. It is not far away from the train station.
The room is clean. The bathroom and TV are large.The room also has cooking utensils.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Definitely will book it again when I visit Sydney again.”
