“Property itself was really clean and well decorated. I didn’t mind how small the room was because it had nice big windows and balconies and everything I needed. It was a bit strange having to walk through the closed cafe downstairs to get to the room but I would stay here again.”

“Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm). Then, we found out the a/c system wasn’t working, we told the manager again and then he came with his boss, I think, their……

“The property is very luxurious. Cannot complain about the hotel etc. The room was huge and great. Staff also excellent Breakfast excellent however room service food was average. The bed is extremely soft and i sunk in my spot - poor sleep as a result. They also only provide one doona - no sheet and it was either boiling hot (with donna on) or freezing (with doona off). There was also a sensor light that came on in the middle of the night if you got out of bed - two each side of the bed under……
