“在檳城Prestige 飯店住房期間，某日因不慎手機📱掉在grab 車上， 透過Prestige飯店櫃檯人員協助，特別是華語經理張嘉琪Kharkhei 小姐的大力幫忙聯絡，最終找回手機，對飯店櫃檯積極友善的服務態度非常滿意也感激，這是一家非常值得推薦的飯店！ Room service 也很nice.”

“Amazing! Very well maintained heritage building. Extremely friendly and helpful staff Uma! They use a pulley to pull luggage to upper floor - fun to watch and practically useful. Complimentary breakfast was tasty. The lunch and drinks at the cafe were also tasty and clean, we enjoyed a lot when hiding from the hot sunshine at noon time. Side note: stairs are steep due to traditional design, maybe challenging for elderly. Expect to take off shoes before going upstairs to room. Not a concern for……

“優點：5分鐘路程到超大既超市。10分鐘之內到商場。附近都有不少於5間既食店。樓下有酒吧 缺點：我去果時外面有個地盤坐機場的士個的士佬兜左幾耐先入到（做左水魚收我80RM俾哂地址佢都仲可以帶左我去第間OYO）《❤grab司機一陣就入到》。。。登記住果陣d職員好似唔想做咁一路吹水一路同我登記搞到我都唔知佢係同我講緊定吹緊水好似阻住佢地傾計咁。。。有5-6級樓梯先上到搭lift果到”

“旅館很好，服務很親切，然而，如果超優的標準來要求難免有一點服務上的瑕疵。Khoo經理相當得好，主動在我們早餐時給我們旅遊上的建議。”

“Room is big, with lots of traditional decorations. The air-con is super nice. The breakfast is good. Location is good too, close to city centre and tourist attractions.”

“The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the ferry pier to Butterworth which is extremely convenient. The hotel room is quite good and the breakfast is tasty with a wide range of choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful! ”

“整個就是跟遺產，平常是有很多的遊客參觀古宅，其實整體算是不錯，我也是為了這個遺產而入住，服務人員都很親切，會打招呼跟點頭微笑，房間很乾淨，冷氣超強，沒有電梯所以行李是由服務人員扛上去的，早餐不錯吃，只是品相不多，但整體而言我還是很推薦大家來住宿，真的很棒”
