“其實酒店房間很好，基本上沒有唔好既地方！但一到步check in 的時候，突然停電，等左一陣就回復正常。點知我地出左去一陣回來，在大堂的時候，職員告知停電，要等兩個鐘才有電，房間沒有冷氣。好彩的是，房間還有冷氣的餘溫，未至於感覺熱，但所有電器用品，我地都不能充電。我地等了兩個鐘，都還未有電，但好彩夜晚食完晚飯返黎，就有返電了。 ”

“首先一到埗就有一杯welcome ice-cream. 優點是酒店樓下有很多不同的食肆可供選擇，mini bar 的零食及飲料全是free。酒店出來轉左有一個shopping mall,可以逛一段時間，basement 有超市有食肆。Shopping mall門口有一個大型的士站。酒店出來轉右亦有一個shopping mall, 設計有些不同，地面有很多食肆。酒店附近有2個temple 參觀，一個是卧佛，另一個就在對面。附近沒有回教寺，否則他們一日5次開咪大聲誦唱，關窗也一定聽得到。缺點：check in 時的服務員完全沒有笑容。步行可達的景點不多。”

“The hotel is located between two large shopping malls and there are many restaurants nearby. It is good for short stay in Penang. However, the cleanliness of bedroom is not up to standard.
