“Highly recommended ADGE Apartment to all of you!!! Favorable location, comfortable accommodation with comprehensive kitchen ware, excellent service, together with good staff, made our stay perfect! On the first day, we arrived at ADGE early in the morning. We tried to request an earlier check-in, glad that Steven and his staff fulfilled our special request and offered us an earlier check-in at 11:30am, so appreciated! “In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare. Regards Mark Chow ”

“On our first night, due to booking limitations, we were given a room on the second floor above the parking lot. Noisy and stuffy without the view that I was looking forward to. The next booking for another 5 days, I was able to get another room on the 17th. Thanks to Jackson I got an upgrade. The location was excellent. The staff is truly great. ”

“Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm). Then, we found out the a/c system wasn’t working, we told the manager again and then he came with his boss, I think, their……

“I booked a one-bedroom suite, but the first room they gave me was on the lower floor. The view was blocked by the opposite hotel. We needed to close the curtains all the time. Fortunately, they let us move to another room for the other two days. This room faced another direction and on a higher floor. It was much better. There is a bus 440 heading to Bondi junction in front of the hotel. Within 10 mins walk, you can get to L2&3 to The Rocks and trains to Central Station. ”
