“This was a great vacation rental. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The refrigerator could have been a bit cleaner, tv in the master bedroom and lower level bedroom were not hooked up or did not work and one of the second upper bedroom twin beds wasn’t very sturdy. However, those small mishaps did not spoil our fun at this amazing beautiful Lakehouse. Thank You”

“We had a great experience at the Sunrise Villa. Weather was bad so we really didnt get to enjoy the lake or the pool but the view was wonderful in the morning and the house was huge. Wonderful communication with the owners and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway on Lake Lanier. ”

The location was very convenient to our destination-Lake Lanier's Margaritavelle/Snow Island as a treat for our grandchildren for Winter Break. There were many convenient restaurants nearby. The property was quiet and had great laundry facilities. Thanks so much for your hospitality!”

“This was the BEST location and amenities for two friends to have a spa getaway at Château Elan. The nearby dining was fantastic. The townhouse was very clean and had everything that we needed. Tania was excellent and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. We cannot wait come back again ! ”

“The property was very clean and accommodated our families. We were in town for a soccer showcase tournament and really were there to put our heads to bed. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Location-wise, this was perfect and only 20 minutes to the fields we were playing on. Whoever rented previously left dishes in the washer and never ran it, so they were disgusting, but not a reflection of the owner. Sometimes people just forget to press wash. The railing on the back deck is quite loose……

“I was in the area for a conference. My friend ended up not getting to go and so I went alone. It was a very clean, peaceful home. Being alone, I never felt concerned. The owner provided access to the garage which was very nice. Just know, the driveway is VERY steep. If you have more than one car, you will need to utilize the garage for at least one vehicle to get turned around and back down. I was grateful for my cameras on my vehicle. Would highly recommend this home to stay in. ”

“We stayed here with multiple family units for a family reunion, and really enjoyed all being able to stay in one place! One of the bedrooms is a "cut through" between two parts of the house, but that was workable. The owner was helpful in giving us more info about the rooms before we got there. Having 2 kitchens (and refrigerators) was very helpful!”

“We had a group of friends stay--3 moms and 3 girls. There was plenty of room for all of us. Each mom had her own room, and the girls slept together in the game room. The game room had lots of activities for them, too!The kitchen was well-equipped and met all of our needs. We appreciated the snacks left for us. Communication was clear and checkin/out was easy.”
