Checking in was a breeze, and the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. However, a few quirks prevented the stay from being truly seamless.
The shower was partially broken, functioning only halfway, which made for an inconvenient experience. Light switches throughout the room were confusing to operate, with the entry switches held together with Blu Tack—an unexpected DIY touch that unfortunately led to them falling off.
On a more positive note, the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine, though its quality was only average. While these details didn’t ruin the stay, they did detract from what could have been a smoother and more polished experience.
With a bit of maintenance and attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to be a great place to stay.
