“Easy check in and check out for this overnight stay in Auckland. Hotel is extremely well located for Spark Arena which is a short walk away. Room was clean and spacious, if a little dated. Beds were large and comfortable. Room was a little warm. It is so nice to have proper milk in the fridge. Good work Copthorne.”

“I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!”

“The hotel room is comparatively small in size, without a formal wardrobe. The shower room is without door, so we had to be very careful during showering, otherwise water would splash outside the shower room, even though there is trench drainage installed. Also, the wash basin is very small, unavoidably leading to the splashing of water on the floor. The above plus the slippery bathroom tiles made me slip on the floor. As stated in the reservation record issued by the Hotel.com. as a Silver……

“很差。住了4晚，未有清潔房間。最後一晚，在晚上7時清潔，但當時我們還在房內，所以，並婉拒他們！！ 質疑他們真心， 還是例行的一問。 我未曾住過一間 住宿是在晚上七點做清潔！！！ 當入住時，有 conditioner 但冇 shampoo。有洗衣機，但冇洗衣粉。 我入住此間 apartment的目的，是為了洗衣 ，但竟然沒有洗衣粉！！！ 床並沒有暖氈，如果 一些怕冷的客人， 忠告不要住！”
