“Very responsive communication from manager, which is good because check-in instructions were not real clear. Once inside, property was not accessorized like the pics. Minimal furnishings, carpet is a bit dirty, balcony furniture is not usable - badly rusted and one of the chairs was completely broken. Sunset view is great, but that means the afternoon sun really warms the unit and there is no AC to cool it off (opening windows is only way to moderate temp). Washing machine but no dryer, and……

“My husband and I traveled to NZ for the first time with our best friends and this was our first stay. What a great introduction to New Zealand’s beauty and charm AND to it’s people! “We loved our stay at Leigh Family Bach! A spacious place the whole family could relax in. We loved the size of the 2 main bedrooms, great for teens! The extra room outside suited our older son and the bedroom off the kitchen suited hubby and I to a T. Great communication with Nigel. Holiday went off without a hitch! ”

“A good facility for a family or couples travelling together. It was well equipped and even had coffee and tea for guests. There was a bit of confusion at the beginning for check in but that was in part our fault. It would be good if the password for the wifi was posted somewhere in the house and not just included in the email. Unfortuately when we did arrive and did not have wifi, we could not get to this information.Other than that, the location was good and the accommodations were clean and……
