“酒店在公路旁，晚上有貨車聲，淋浴用了省水花灑，是慳水，但是一點都不舒適，毫不爽快，如果因爲要慳水而令客人不舒適，我想是不可接受的，反而洗手的水龍頭又沒有使用慳水的水龍頭！洗手盆的距離很遠，漱口時很不方便，風筒是壞的，服務台只有一個人當值，晚上電話無人接聽，更不用說服務了。”
