“Unser Zimmer lag am Ende des Ganges, hier kam nur ein sehr geringer Teilnder Frischluft an, so dass wir drei Tage in unserem eigenen "Mief" verbringen mussten ohne ausreichende Sauerstoffzufuhr. Wir mussten daher mehrmals die Zimmertür zum Flur öffnen, um nicht zu ersticken. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. “We actually enjoy our time at the property everything was good for us. The rooms were clean the beds were clean. The pool was nice and warm and the staff are very welcoming. If I had to say any one flaw it might be the beds they weren’t the comfortable beds but we made due. ”

“Hotel was located across the street from Lake Mirrors beach which was open for swimming. Rooms were simple and spacious. Would stay again if traveling to Lake Placid again. Breakfast was okay, very continental so not my cup of tea but very typical of many hotels i have stayed in. ”

“We booked a night for the convenience of being in between Vermont & New York where we were doing some sight seeing. The hotel was quiet. (We didn't hear any slamming doors or loud people in the hallways.) Having the jacuzzi tub was a nice feature especially after hiking. The hotel is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We did have a few negatives. The pool was crazy packed so we skipped it. The furniture and decor is very dated. The room with the jacuzzi tub was a hodge……

“The amenities and the view from the property are great. You can easily walk wherever you want to go in the village and there are many other things to do like parasailing and horseback riding close by. I have stayed at this resort multiple times and if I had to offer one suggestion it would be to leave more towels and toilet paper so that I did not have to constantly chase after them for it. Enjoying the resort means you are in your room more often and it would make things more efficient for all……

“The staff was warm and friendly. The room was clean. The toilet bowl is too, shallow! I’m a petite woman and my hand touched the water when I wiped myself. Men: Beware of the shallow bowl. The hotel needed a roof and some other damage managed. It rained but not in my room. I stumbled on a cracked and loose tile on the balcony. I loved the location, the lake view and beach access right outside of my door. I used the bbq grill and had a great dinner! I’d stay again!”
