“Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool. The advertisement said it was heated, however they turn off the heaters on Labor Day and our stay was the following week. Staff was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We got a nice room with a small kitchen.”

“We had reserved a room to be able to see the St Laurence shipping channel. The room given had a balcony, but we needed to hang out over the railing a bit to see the channel and Boldt Castle. They moved us to a fabulous room with a great view! The employees were very friendly and accommodating! Will tell friends!”
