“We had a 2 night stay at this property. The riverside deck is amazing. Overall it met our needs, but any longer would have been hard. First concern: Laundry. For 400 a night, there really should be an electric washer and electric dryer at this property. I say electric since the dryer listed on the comp is literally a wooden folding clothing rack in front of a heating vent- 😳😳 Second concern: The master bed is not level. This makes sleeping hard Third concern: Lighting is needed for the stairs……

“The cottage with 2 bedrooms was a cute tiny cottage. I didn't receive an email for the code to enter the cottage. After 2 phone calls, we did communicate with someone. We asked if we could leave the boat parked, and the person said it would be okay. Appreciative of that! Once inside the cottage, we found no toilet paper at all and had to go to the store. After a 4 1/2 hr drive to get there, we had to hit the road again. My family just slept, took showers and watched tv there. We did not use the……

“The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!”

“The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We had no issues upon arrival. The internet and utilities worked as expected. Everything was surrounded by trees and was very beautiful. You couldn't see the neighbors and the road was barely audible. The pictures were helpful but it seemed a little nicer than they suggest. The neighbors didn't bother us at all and we had a great stay. It's right in the middle of so many natural attractions. The hiking was great, the night time fires……

The lake was about a hundred feet from the front door. The view was great and having access to the kayaks was wonderful. There are hiking trails about 5 miles away that our pup liked to run through ”
