“The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!”

“The house was perfect. We brought our 14 year old daughter and her friend and our older children came and went with their significant others. The house had anything you could need for a carefree vacation! We would definitely recommend! Beautiful lake view. Sat on the large deck and had a glass of wine. Big yard. We set up a volleyball net for the kids. Firepit by the lake for a fire at night. Very large. Easily accommodateed 8 people. Thank you for sharing your home with us!! ”

The location was perfect, we could see the river right from the yard, and the property is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the shops, the riverside parks and the boat museum. The property is clean and nicely appointed. The furnishings were charming and we enjoyed the porch with the umbrella table. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary utensils, dishes and pots. Kathy is a warm and welcoming host who gave us our privacy. We……

“We had a 2 night stay at this property. The riverside deck is amazing. Overall it met our needs, but any longer would have been hard. First concern: Laundry. For 400 a night, there really should be an electric washer and electric dryer at this property. I say electric since the dryer listed on the comp is literally a wooden folding clothing rack in front of a heating vent- 😳😳 Second concern: The master bed is not level. This makes sleeping hard Third concern: Lighting is needed for the stairs……

“Lovely new cottage tucked away in a quiet bay. You will need to have a boat or rent one to get there. The bay is shallow so communicate with the owner first if you have a larger boat. The property was super clean and very welcoming. There is a marina 5 minutes from the cottage that you can rent a pontoon boat from and you are only a few minutes from town. Definitely a place we would go again. ”
